General Conditions for Digital Purchases at Pampa Restaurante

By making a digital purchase, the client fully accepts the conditions established in the terms and conditions for the user of the service, undertaking to expressly comply therewith.
Pampa Restaurante may change the terms and conditions at any time by publishing them on its website.
Once the Gift Card has been purchased, no refunds or returns will be accepted.
All digital purchases of services provided by Pampa Restaurante shall be delivered in the form of a Gift Card, which shall be valid for three (3) months from the date of purchase.
Upon making the purchase, a receipt will be issued. The payment voucher, whether in the form of a receipt and/or invoice, will be issued and sent to your email address within no more than twenty-four (24) hours. It is compulsory to fill out all the information required in the form with valid information in order to issue the receipt and/or invoice.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
If you wish to make a reservation for a specific date, we suggest inquiring about availability before making your purchase.
The digital purchase system may be unavailable on occasion due to technical difficulties or internet outages. In such case, all reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
When purchasing a restaurant service together with another hotel service (lodging and/or spa), you will receive two receipts and/or invoices, as required.

Conditions for the Use of the Service

Reservations must be made at least seventy-two (72) hours beforehand, subject to availability. Pampa Restaurante will send you a written confirmation of your reservation, guaranteeing it and specifying the necessary requirements, in accordance with your reservation.
The use of Gift Cards is for legal adults, who assume full responsibility for such use. For such purpose, the user shall register using a valid identity document.
Our services are provided according to the following schedule:

Breakfast Buffet:
6:30 – 10:30 a.m. (Monday to Friday) 6:30 – 11:00 a.m. (Saturday, Sunday, and holidays)

Executive Prix
Fixe Menu: 12:30 – 4:30 p.m. Tea Time: 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Romantic Dinner:
7:00 – 11:00 p.m.

Should you wish to change the date of your reservation, you may do so up to forty-eight (48) hours beforehand without any penalty. Reservations may be changed one time only.
You must indicate the reservation code. Without this code, the service cannot be confirmed.
Purchased Gift Cards are valid only for the use of the service paid for.
Additional services may be acquired, subject to payment and depending on availability.
You may ask to exchange your Gift Card service, which is valid for three (3) months as from the purchase date, by contacting us via WhatsApp at 989 035 051, or by sending an email to ayb@losincas.com.pe
Depending on your reservation, there is a fifteen (15) minute grace period for late arrivals.
Reservations made the same day may be accepted subject to availability.
All reservations shall be subject to prior payment and confirmation.
Pampa Restaurante assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or misplaced items on its premises.

Conditions in Case of Loss of Gift Cards

Pampa Restaurante assumes no responsibility for any Gift Cards that have been lost, stolen, or destroyed. If your Gift Card is lost or stolen, please notify us immediately by sending an email to ayb@losincas.com.pe or by phone at 989035051, between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. and we will proceed to process a replacement Gift Card for the service, subject to submission of proof of payment for the service and the performance of the respective evaluation.
We reserve the right to cancel any Pampa Restaurante Gift Card if we believe the card has been obtained through fraudulent or unauthorized means.
Pampa Restaurante is not responsible for the loss or theft of Gift Cards, nor the security of any information contained thereon.

By purchasing a Gift Card, you are granting your consent for the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information to Pampa Restaurante for purposes of the issuance and exchange of your Gift Card. If you expressly choose to receive advertising communications, you may receive advertising communications from Pampa Restaurante until such time as you choose to unsubscribe.

Walwa Spa

General Conditions for Digital Purchases at Walwa Spa

If the client makes a digital purchase, this means that they have fully accepted the conditions established in the terms and conditions for the user of the service, undertaking to expressly comply therewith. Walwa Spa may change the terms and conditions at any time by publishing them on its website.
Once a digital purchase has been made for a Walwa Spa product, it shall be delivered in the form of a Gift Card, which shall be valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase.
Once the Gift Card has been purchased, no refunds or returns will be accepted.
The use of the Spa is for legal adults, at their full responsibility. For such purpose, the user shall register using a valid identity document.
Our business hours are from Tuesday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The use of cell phones is subject to restrictions inside our Spa.
Please arrive twenty (20) minutes before the appointed time. All services are provided at the time indicated in your reservation. Any tardiness will be counted toward the time of your service.
Reservations made the same day may be accepted subject to availability.
Walwa Spa provides disposable clothing for body treatments and massages.
The use of bathing suits is compulsory for sauna, jacuzzi, and hydromassage services. If clients fail to bring bathing apparel, they may purchase a disposable bathing suit at the Spa.
All reservations shall be subject to prior payment and confirmation.
